All the technical students in the 1st year at RADA are teching the event! I'm sooo jealous! Hopefully they will get some good pics, but WHY AM I NOT IN THE YEAR ABOVE!!! X

Ok, we just got back from this, Q were excellent as always... Julie, Jon, Simon, Clare Jennifer, Sion, Gloria and Gabriel - think that was everyone. The rest of it was, erm, ok. Sorry, but if it wasn't for Q I wouldn't of wanted to of spent £55 a ticket - ok well we didn't pay for our tickets but you know what we mean! Royal Albert Hall isn't quite the usual Q audience so we made lots of noise cheering and got lots of disapproving looks from posh old people ;D  |

It was Jacqui on as Christmas Eve not Jennifer  Other than that - ditto. I am glad we only got £25 restricted view tickets! Also glad that the Q cast were facing OUR way in the final number or I could've DIED. Were you guys not at the stagedoor? Not that I talked to anyone, I was merely hanging round with friends. Kaz you're so blonde I'd be suprised if I'd missed you! |

Well we haven't seen the new Xmas Eve or Jacqui so that's our excuse We did have pretty good seats though. We went for a walk in the interval around the outside of the RAH (the foyers in that place were hectic!!) and bumped into Simon and went to the SD afterwards to follow up conversation and say well done, but was literally there for about 2 minutes before heading for the nearest pub. Didn't see you, but wasn't looking for people except our friend that we lost  |

I thought that the first song that Q did seemed a bit 'unpolished' for want of a better word. I think a lot of it was to do with the fact that their mikes didn't seem loud enough in a lot of cases. Kudos to them though for being able to sing quite a fast, complicated song, move around and act with the puppets!
Enjoyed the second song a lot - thought Trekkie was very funny when oggling Lucy (a la bar scene!) and liked the bow ties and nice suits....
Enjoyed parts of the rest of it, though Joel Grey was very good. Myleene was a bit of an awful host though - reading off the cards!
Karrie - how come you always manage to 'bump' into Simon, highly unfair!!

They did only rehearse twice, so I figured it was all very good for that! Bee, Simon is blatantly following us  I have no idea actually! Anyway we've only met him by chance twice - but funny it's Simon and never Jon, Sion, Julie etc If any Simon fans would like me to lend out Thom as a lucky charm, hire rates are negotiable. (P.S. Myleene was awful) |

I would have liked to go to this...but I doubt I would have been able to afford it...ah well! Glad everyone enjoyed Q! I would also bid for Thom, but that may make seem a little obsessive...lol! Not that I am anyway...ahem...
