crazeball... how long u stayin away for? me and webby and teffi are thinking of going next week to see wat the new cast are like... My plan is until Mary gets to go on as Kate/Lucy. I do not want to see her in Clare's role (although I will have to do so at the next cast change, for sure). I don't want to be like the people who were prejudiced against Kerry Ellis but then went to see her anyway just so they could slag her off. If you're prejudiced I think it's just smarter not to go really. |

That's like me and Wicked. I'm refusing to see it again purely on the basis that the two times I did see it, Idina was in it... I don't ever want to see another Elphaba, especially when I know they're good  Kerry Ellis' voice is amazing... which is why I couldn't ever see her. Because I'd want to complain, and not be able to. I'll be interested to see what the chemistry is like between the new cast and the originals. I definately noticed that Jennifer didn't quite seem to be in with the clique yet, I didn't notice it so much with Naoko, but perhaps because she'd been there quite a while when we saw her. |

yeh i know wat u mean guys.. im not gonna be the slag off type tho lol... but obviously in my head im gonna be comparing... its natural. but i DO wanna see this new cast... even if i have to go on my own... lol *cough cough* hurry up webby and teffi!

I noticed that too. She seems to be always on her own, although on Saturday night she did leave with Simon and Jon but that was the first time I've seen her with someone else of the cast... but that's none of my business anyway. I did think she hasn't been working with the old cast long enough to actually *miss* any of the leavers though. I think I'm going to miss Simon and Jon..... I am seriously thinking I might pop by stagedoor once in a while just to say hello. But then again I'll have so many memories that....... maybe not. |

I'm leaving it a while before I go, but I'm seriusly thinking about booking for June 28th. I think we saw Mary on Saturday. We were talking to Simon out the front of the theatre and someone walked out and Simon told us that he thought it was Mary. He said she was really good, but Clare just brought so much to the roles :S
