When you treasure your Avenue Q tickets so much and you are so worried that you'll lose them you put them in the safest and most protected place ever. Your RENT bible signed by Idina Menzel. However you then proceed to lend that book to your best friend, who was ever so surprised when she opened it up and found the tickets! So lucky I was the one that found them, we would have been in hysterics if we couldn't find them on the day.

I'm NOT to be trusted with tickets. I'm the best ticket-booker ever but that's all. Not a good ticket-keeper. But I keep laughing everytime I think that I did that and I really haven't a clue why, I'm feeling thoroughly ashamed.
Here's one: when you actually spent money on Heat magazine in order to try and win a Q prize (only to realise you're too late anyway. Grr.)

When you travel up to London and spend the whole day checking to see if your tickets are there even though you know they are! :S I worry a lot...

Oh this reminds me, a few months ago, two Irish women came to my work with a girl and we were discussing theatre, and they told me they'd seen Avenue Q the night before and I was like "YEAH! I know someone in that show!" and they asked me "did you LIKE it?"
in sort of a threatening way
so I was like "I love it! did you... not like it?"
so it turns out one of them had and the other hadn't but the girl had.
And I did sort of a double take and pointed at the girl and said "you took HER to Avenue Q???"
she wasn't THAT young, about 10 I guess, but still, I was shocked!!

This six year old would probably sit and take it all in! You know you're obsessed when you realise that because you left booking them so late you're going to have to pay about £100 for train tickets....and it really doesn't dampen your excitement! Next week!

When you keep all your used tickets in a huge folder, buy a new program every time you see the show and get really annoyed when one of the ushers rips your ticket wrong! Of course, I didn't complain as I know they have a lot to get through...it was just my obsession...

They should snazz Q tickets up a bit. The Wicked tickets are sooo pretty, maybe Q should try making theirs as sparkley. YAY train tickets are now booked.
