Ive been searching everywhere tonight to try and find out the cost of a Trekie hand puppet. I have a friend who is heading to New York and she is going to pick 3 up for me, 1 for me, 1 for my boyfriend and 1 for Ebay  I needed to know how much money to give her before she left. Thanks guys |

Can you buy them in New York? I never saw them, and I went to Avenue Q. I was under the impression they were given out at various special events.

You can get them as presents from the production company/cast. But that doesn't help 'JulieFan' as she probs doesn't know the cast/production team Not sure the answer to your question about NY. Maybe they don't sell them over there and only as Kaz said above about presents from team only. |

When I spoke to someone in the box office about them she said she thought that they sold them in New York :/ -- here is REALLY hoping that they do

Yeah, well it's understandable if you get them from New York. I think it's the fact they got it off ebay...he didn't seem pleased lol

I know someone who has a puppet, and she got given it by someone else. I have a feeling they were given out at one of the special Q performances in London, can't remember which one though.

two of them were given out in a raffle at a charity cabaret back in April for example, doubt that Simon would know about that so it's understandable that he'd be surprised to see one... however I seem to remember they both went to the same child (the one that was picking the winning tickets out of the bucket) cos both winners were like in their 40s and probably didn't know what to do with a Trekkie hand puppet and left them to him... that was a day of jealousy!!
