just wondering, were any of you guys there? probably not as the average age looked around 80something?  Julie was fab, she managed to do exactly my 3 fave songs from her album: Girl of few words (who does not sound as good with just piano and bass, sorry ), Be careful and Somebody find me... with the special participation of... ROD! (played by Gabriel) It was very hard for her to get through the song as Gabriel was making her laugh so hard. We were all in stitches! We were sitting directly behind Jon&Simon and they were cracking up too  The full setlist is coming soon, off the top of my head she did two songs from The Last 5 Years, Will you still love me tomorrow, and I am honestly too tired to remember anything else ù_ù If I can vent just for a sec, my gf was very hyper about Julie singing L5Y songs, and she wanted to say how much she enjoyed them at the end, so we stick around, and then when Julie comes out, has greeted everyone etc, my gf gets all shy and decides to leave ù__ù Not the best of figures I'd say. I asked Jon to say hi to Julie from us and I think he understood something completely different. Just to add to the list of weird things that happen when we're in Jon's presence! |

Wish I'd gone... (would have done too if I wasn't already in London twice this week) but then from what I read somewhere even I'd have looked young amongst the audience there |

I wish I'd gone as well! How long was the show for? Thinking of going to the Katie Rowley Jones one in march that is there.

here's a tracklist, I don't know how long it was, probably less than an hour? it seemed short, especially compared to the guy who opened who in all honesty I found incredibly boring and unfunny (but let's pretend I didn't say that)
We are def going to the Katie one btw. We know her personally, and I got friends coming from Italy especially for that event.
