I don't know if anyone els from here was at the show last night so I thought I'd start a theard about the show last night!
I was there last night with my best friend Zo, who's seen the show once before, and Shane, who was an Avenue Q virgin and had no idea what he was letting himself in for sat next to us two. There weren't any noticable bloopers, except Julie's mic going funny but that's not her fault. Jon was so funny as Rod. Soo camp, esp the the "And afternoon alone..." speech at the begining of If You Were Gay. Classic! Also loved Simon's dancing with Trekkie in The Internet Is For Porn! That song still makes me laugh so hard it hurts!
The hightlight was the stage dooring afterwards even thought I was in agony with my very sore, very swollen foot. Delroy totaly remebered me and the Muppet's Guide, which is apprently still up on the board backstage! New addition to that board hopefully soon will be his Gary's Guide To Schadenfreude which he said he'd read on the tube on the way home. He really dose rock! I think Simon remembered me too, uh oh, and was so very sweet to hurry over when it was obvious that I couldn't walk much further. We had a rather strange discussion about tattoos and the tshirt that Simon was wearing which is apparently Gabe's! I'm worried that Gabe had to walk home without a top if Simon was wearing his.
To conclude, I loved my third visit to the show and hope the cast like their characters guides. Will, deffinatly try to make it before December and hopfully I'll be able to walk un aided again!
