Saw Q last night for my 21st birthday. First time I'd seen it since July and I wasn't disappointed!
Mary was on for Rebecca, and Jaqui was on as Mrs T/Bear.
Thought the new cast were fantastic. I love Mark - he's so expressive and his Trekkie was just hillarious. Really enjoyed Christopher and Brian, and loved Yanle as Christmas Eve.
Delroy's got a gorgeous voice, and fab comic timing. Think I saw him in July...but I can't remember *my bad*
Aaaaaaand of course, I loved Daniel. Sorry. I am completely biased. I adored his Rod, more so than I did Jon's (don't hurt me) and thought his Princeton was good. Needs a little more work as it wasn't as strong but he was still fantastic. So expressive. And love his little dances during Loud As The Hell...
Now for my shining star of the evening...Mary. Stole the show for me, she was absolutely awesome. Prefered her Kate to Julie. And that's a big statement for me to make because I adored Julie's Kate.
Great audience, theatre wasn't very full which was a bit of a shame but those who were there made up for the empty seats.
Stage doored (first time ever) afterwards and said hi to Mark (such a sweetie) and spoke to Daniel for a bit. Made my birthday...ha
