Well.. I'm new to this forum.
My name is Trine MAlene, I'm 16 years from Norway.
I started to love Avenue Q when I saw the RVP on TV here in Norway. I really wanted to see it and told my dad and around two week after that we had booked plane tickets to London for my family and my best friend! I was so happy! I'd get to see Avenue Q and I've never been to London before either so it was great.
I got a bit scared when we could't order tickets for the show from here cus the credit card wouldn't work for England so we had to wait till we got there, but we got tickets and Saturday 26th May me and me freind saw the show! It was so amazing! Much better than I imagined and I started the applause twice without thinking of it cus it was so great
Then after the show we went to the stage door. My friend was tired and wanted to go back to the hotel, but I wanted to wait there just in case someone came out. And suddenly Simon came out and I thought I'd die! and then Jon came too and they was standing talking while Simon had a smoke.
I couldn't imagine how I could talk to them when I was so nervous, but I did go and asked for their autograph.
They're amazing!! I was so sad when it was over.
I didn't say too much. I got big problem talking English to english people + they're my heroes so...
My mum says she really wanna see the show now cus I'm talking about it all the time and she wants me to come with her to London again. I really hope we will and that I get to meet Simon and Jon again and say everything I didn't say.
If so I just have to talk to them even tho my English is not perfect hehe.
Somene said we should call the theatre and ask if Simon's there the day we are. It would be kinda sad if we came from Norway and he's off sick.
