Ok so Daniel as Frankie and Simon as Bob, glad we've got that sorted Jen. And to think how long it takes some of these casting people  *Kaz, Thom and Jenno bow* Kaz: I saw the show in San Fran in March after recommendation from Simon, I decided to trust his judgement  and seriously, I loved it. I've no idea why but I did. Only it was a gala perf. and the audience had to sing the US national anthem and I had NO idea of the words or wtf was going on. Haha! But yeah, looking forward to this in the West End. Some really good singing parts for guys. |

Haha glad we've got the future of the West End sorted before bed time. Seriously I think I should be a casting director...I re-cast Les Mis perfectly a few months back but for some reason no one seemed that impressed *shrug*
I'm looking forward to it coming over. I have heard good things.
They better give me a work placement.
Or else.

backtracking a bit but daniel is going to be in sweeney todd, but for like 2 days, around 5-7 july i think?

Yup, the dramatised concert version. It's at the Royal Festival Hall 5th-7th July.
It's practically sold out now though. He's playing Anthony...Bryn Terfel, Maria Friedman, Philip Quast, Daniel Evans and some other big WE names are in it.
I just booked my tickets for the Saturday matinee and am HUGELY excited!

And can I just say Sweeney Todd was AMAZING and Daniel was absolutely stunning. His voice and vocal range is absolutely sublime. Glad he didn't win ADWD...he's too good for Joseph!
