Three times now. I keep sitting front row though so I'm definitely being recognised!! It's quite scary when they spot you from the stage...

I've seen it twice, and Julie recognised me-sorta- from myspace. I walked up to her and gave her the christmas present and her facial expression was: 'I KNOW you from somewhere, but where from???' so she'll (HOPEFULLY!!!) remember me next time! Clare...is probably so forgetful that she HAS forgotton me. I doubt the cast will forget me next time though, as I'm wearing my 'I'm what Willis was talking about!' T-shirt I got from Cafepress. And I'm wearing it for Giles' last, and I'm TOTALLY getting him to sign it.

The answer to that question is in another thread. Anyway, just to repeat myself - I don't spend money on anything else than rent, food & theatre, and always get £20 seats A couple in the cast do know me but that makes me embarrassed more than anything

I'm with Manu on this one... rent/food/theatre... I saw it first in London in October... then a few weeks later as Clare was on as Kate. Then I didn't see it again for a while and then something happened... like a switch went off and i've seen it 6 times in the past three weeks with plans to go this Friday and Saturday. I absolutely love it and if I get off work before 7 then I go down to the theatre and see what they have cheap. The ushers are starting to recognise me, but i've yet to meet the cast. I guess I need to soon to get a picture with the ones that are leaving!

Go alone! Tis what I always do! (well only three times so far.) I have no shame when it comes to theatre. If no one will come with me i'm more than happy to see it alone. I might not be able to make it Saturday now, I just bought some sparkly red shoes on ebay and realised (after paypalling) that was Saturdays ticket money, but i'm gonna go begging the family tomorrow and see what I can do! If I do go to the evening you're more than welcome to let me tag along!

It's not like you can chat away to anyone during a show, so it makes no odds really (and then you can meet with heathen non-theatre fan friends before or after a show)

Ended up in The History Boys talking about my RADA interview and in The Producers about what I wanted to do in life! I don't think there is a big elderly contingent for Ave Q so maybe I will get lucky.... x
