From the night I took a poster to be signed at the SD.... Well Simon was first out the stage door and took the oppourtunity to sign right in the middle of the Q, Jon followed and called Simon selfish for taking up the whole Q and when signing his name he accidentally smuged Simon's... we pointed this out to Simon and he made Jon say sorry "God, Jon, she paid money for that poster and everything!!" Julie signed hers below and wrote a little note "..just so we're clear!" with 'Jon's fault!!' and an arrow to the smudges... Simon msut of felt a little left out and write IS GAY ---> next to Jon's autograph IS BRILLIANT --> next to his own name and after then smudging Julies autograph (much to the disgust of Julie) wrote --> IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD. |

I have one, not as funny as yours though. At SD on the 20th December, my girlfriend gave Jon a Christmas card and wished him a happy new year, and I pointed out "you forgot we're coming back before the New Year" (on the 28th). She just had a blank stare and then she rememebered, and Jon made a face and a gesture as if to say "theeeeere you go!" (if anyone here is a Friends fan... it's the same look they have when Joey catches up a whole minute later than everyone else  ) Also, I've seen homeless people go up to both Julie and Clare... this one time, a hobo went up to Julie and Simon and asked 'are you actors?'. The look on her face was priceless. After a while she said 'yes', very somberly! I don't know if she was really scared or just creeped out, but it made me laugh a little bit. |
