My whole evening was a disaster on Tuesday night.
1. Ended up going to Rent on my own.
2. Sign up on door of theatre that 3 of the main cast which included the ex-Sugababes and Denise Van Outen were off sick
3. Manager wouldn't exchange tickets for another performance
4. When I collected my tkts from Whats on Stage I noticed it said Row O, but on the email booking it said General Admission which would have been much better as could have chosed seat. After complaining I got put in front row of stalls.
5. Problem with front row is that it is near speakers and music is too loud so I had vibrations and thumping through my legs and body.
6. Denise's understudy didn't have a good voice.
7. They said it would finish at 10.15pm but it finished at 10.30pm
8 I didn't bother staying for Q&A as Denise wasn't in it and would have been too late to travel home.
One thing I didn't get is what were they protesting about as the music was so loud I didn't hear some of the words of the songs.
